Abstract:
Objective To explore the distribution law of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) content in different parts of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis and rhizosphere soil in different producing areas, and to distinguish the differences of N, P and K contents among Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis plant and rhizosphere soil in different producing areas, this study provided a theoretical basis for the cultivation of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis.
Method The N, P and K contents in the rhizomes, fibrous roots and rhizospheric soil of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis were determined via ultra high performance liquid chromatograph.
Result The contents of N, P and K in the fibrous roots ranged from 0.554-2.057 mg g−1, 0.616-5.498 mg g−1, 1.250-14.080 mg g−1 respectively, in rhizome ranged from 0.137-1.610 mg g−1, 0.561-2.261 mg g−1, 0.768-6.496 mg g−1 respectively, in rhizospheric soil ranged from 0.071-0.711 mg g−1, 3.308-23.557 mg g−1, 1.991-20.795 mg g−1 respectively. The bioconcentration factors of fibrous root to N, P and K ranged from 1.183-22.471, 0.049-0.884 and 0.207-2.325 respectively, rhizome to N, P and K ranged from 0.314-13.021, 0.041-0.570 and 0.056-1.493 respectively. There was no obvious difference between wild and cultivated products in the contents of N, P and K.
Conclusion The content order of N, P and K in the plant of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis from different regions was K > P > N, the rhizospheric soil was relatively lack of N and rich in P. The contents of N and K in the rhizome of wild plant were generally higher than those of cultivated plant while the P content in the rhizome of wild plant was lower than that of cultivated plant. The contents of N, P and K in the fibrous root of cultivated plant were generally higher than those of wild plant. The contents of N, P and K in the rhizospheric soil of wild and cultivated plants were roughly the same. The content of N, P and K in the fibrous root of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis from different regions were higher than those in rhizome.
