不同瓜类秸秆对毛桃幼苗养分吸收的影响

Effects of different melon straws on nutrient absorption of (Prunus davidiana) peach seedlings

    目的 瓜类秸秆还田对作物和土壤影响的研究报道甚少,本研究目的是明确不同瓜类秸秆施用对毛桃幼苗氮磷钾等养分吸收及转运的影响。
    方法 通过盆栽试验,探究施用黄瓜(Cucumis sativus)、冬瓜(Benincasa hispida)、南瓜(Cucurbita moschata)、丝瓜(Luffa aegyptiaca)和苦瓜(Momordica charantia)等5种瓜类秸秆对毛桃(Prunus davidiana)幼苗养分吸收情况。
    结果 施用黄瓜秸秆的毛桃幼苗根系和地上部分生物量分别较对照提高了9.09%和5.48%,施用其他4种秸秆对毛桃幼苗的生物量无显著影响。除了施用黄瓜秸秆,施用其他4种秸秆均降低了毛桃幼苗氮吸收和转运能力。除了施用南瓜秸秆外,施用其他4种秸秆均提高了毛桃幼苗磷吸收和转运能力。施用苦瓜秸秆的毛桃幼苗根系和地上部分全磷含量分别较对照提高了11.93%和48.45%,施用南瓜秸秆的毛桃幼苗地上部分全磷含量、磷吸收量和转运量分别较对照降低了11.34%、11.97%和25.37%。除了施用苦瓜秸秆外,施用其他4种秸秆均能提高毛桃幼苗钾吸收和转运能力。施用冬瓜秸秆的毛桃幼苗根系和地上部分全钾含量最高,分别较对照提高了16.19%和31.55%。
    结论 施用黄瓜秸秆能够促进毛桃幼苗的生长、养分吸收和利用。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The effects of applying different melon straws on the nutrient absorption of peach seedlings.
    Method Through a pot experiment, the effects of applying five melon species: cucumber (Cucumis sativus), winter melon (Benincasa hispida), pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata), loofah (Luffa aegyptiaca) and bitter melon (Momordica charantia) straws on nutrient absorption of peach (Prunus davidiana) seedlings were studied.
    Result Applying cucumber straw increased the root and shoot biomass of peach seedlings by 9.09% and 5.48% compared with the control, while applying the other four straws had no significant effect on the biomass of peach seedlings. Except for applying cucumber straw, applying other four straws reduced the nitrogen absorption and transport capacity of peach seedlings. Except for applying pumpkin straw, applying other four straws improved the phosphorus absorption and transport capacity of peach seedlings. Compared with the control, applying bitter melon straw increased the total phosphorus content in the roots and shoots of peach seedlings by 11.93% and 48.45%, respectively, and applying pumpkin straw reduced the total phosphorus content, phosphorus absorption, and transportation amount of shoots of peach seedlings by 11.34%, 11.97%, and 25.37%, respectively. Except for applying bitter melon straw, applying the other four straws improved the potassium absorption and transport capacity of peach seedlings. Applying winter melon straw had the highest total potassium content in the roots and shoots of peach seedlings, which increased by 16.19% and 31.55% compared with the control.
    Conclusion Applying cucumber straw can promote the growth, nutrient absorption and utilization of peach seedlings.
