结果母枝粗度对南丰蜜橘果实品质的影响

)、奎尼酸含量则相反,而Vc及葡萄糖含量的变化无明显规律。相关分析表明,单果质量、果皮厚度、横纵径和苹果酸组分与结果母枝粗度呈正相关关系,糖酸比、固酸比、果糖和奎尼酸组分与结果母枝粗度呈负相关关系。模糊综合评判表明在等权和加权下结果母枝粗度2.5~3.0 mm的果实品质最差,在等权情况下结果母枝粗度≤ 2.5 mm的果实品质最佳,在加权情况下结果母枝粗度>3.5 mm的果实由于单果质量、横纵径等的权重高而位列第一,结果母枝粗度≤ 2.5 mm的果实排名第二。结果母枝粗度对南丰蜜橘果实品质有重要影响。综合来看,结果母枝粗度≤ 2.5 mm的果实化渣性最佳且糖酸比和固酸比最高,>3.5 mm及3.0~3.5 mm次之,2.5~3.0mm果实品质最差。
