以抗旱性不同的3个草石蚕品种为试材,研究干旱胁迫下草石蚕保护酶活性和渗透调节物质的变化规律,分析不同抗旱性品种在干旱胁迫下的生理变化,以期为草石蚕的抗旱性鉴定提供参考依据,并进一步为筛选和选育抗旱性品种提供理论基础。在设施内采用自然干旱胁迫方法,分别胁迫4,8,12和16 d,通过测定各生理指标的数据,研究干旱胁迫对草石蚕的影响。结果表明:随干旱胁迫时间延长,3个品种的可溶性糖和Pro含量逐渐增加;“贵栽1号”可溶性蛋白含量一直升高,而“鲁引1号”和“赣引1号”则呈先升高后降低的变化趋势;SOD、POD和CAT活性逐渐升高;膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量逐渐增加。抗旱性强的“贵栽1号”可溶性糖、Pro和MDA含量增加幅度最低,SOD、POD和CAT活性升高幅度最大。草石蚕保护酶系统、渗透调节物质和膜脂过氧化产物的变化规律与干旱胁迫程度和品种抗旱性有关。
